After the two morose-type posts, here is something sort of funny. This happened to me today. I was wearing this nice new chanderi dress. Around 11 ish in the morning, I went to the office pantry to get me a cup of coffee. There was no one there. The machine looked all shiny and clean. Like the housekeeping fellas had just cleaned it.
So, I took a cup and pressed the button for milk. Next thing I know, the nozzle has come off and I get sprayed with hot milk. It was this jet of milk got splashed at my chest, before I had the sense to move away. I was so shocked and surprised. I could have got burnt! As I looked down to see what damage has been done, my suit and "odhni" are soaked in milk. Very strategically around my boobs. Damn!!!
I was annoyed and upset at first. Then I saw the humour in the situation. Thank God there was no one around. Otherwise you wouldnt know if the milk was spilt on my bust or had come from there.
See, I still havent lost my sense of humour.
Although I washed as well as I could, Im still stinking of milk I suppose.
The dress needs dry-cleaning.
